    Your own personal travel needs dictate the answer to this question. You may make your reservations up to a year or more in advance if available, you may make reservations to arrive at your destination resort in less than 72 hours. Because the accommodations are listed in real-time, you only see accommodations that are available, so if you see it, it is ready to be reserved.
  • Is there a limit to the number of people staying in one accommodation?
    The listing of available accommodations also lists how many people the accommodation is designed to sleep, which also limits the number of people allowed to occupy the accommodation.
  • Are there any additional charges once I arrive at the resort?
    Typically transportation to and from the resort, room key deposits, and incidentals of a personal nature such as telephone calls, meals, etc. are not included in the price of your reservations, and will be your responsibility once you arrive at the resort. Also, some resorts in the Caribbean collect a government utility tax, which cannot be paid in advance.

    Just like restricted air travel, resort condominiums provide low pricing, but there are restrictions, primarily because the condominium owner has been paid in full for the rental, so all confirmations are final.
